I have been potting since 1902 - back when we made pottery from grinding two stones together. On occasion I will bake some pots for my friends in the oven. Fast forward to present day times - I am now using prepackaged clay (minus the urine) and still making pots for my friends. Current day technology are now used and I fire all my pottery in a kiln.
My pottery is made with patience and the love of form. The art of throwing is mesmerizing and therapeutic for me when designing each piece. I am always striving to improve both my pots and the glazes that I use in creating each piece.
